Campaign Details: The Coalition consists of three primary workgroups, each of which focuses on a key area of predatory lending: The Research Committee collects and analyzes predatory lending data; the Education Committee provides advocacy, outreach and education; and the Remedies Committee works to provide remedial resources for victims and their families. The consumer hotline is staffed by the Community Home Ownership Center (CHOC). The hotline refers callers to partner agencies for education, counseling, legal advocacy or other services.
