Campaign Details: The San Antonio Don't Borrow Trouble® campaign was announced on November 18, 2002. The United Way serves as the central call intake agency and refers callers to partner agencies for legal and/or housing counseling assistance. Grassroots outreach is being conducted in San Antonio; TV and radio spots reach a much wider audience, covering most of South Central Texas.
