Campaign
Details: The Rochester campaign was launched on March 4, 2002. The
Housing Council takes consumer calls, providing counseling and referring callers
to partner agencies as necessary. Brochures, television PSAs and outreach to
faith-based and community organizations spread the word to consumers.
