Campaign Details:
The Rhode Island campaign was launched on September 23, 2002. The Housing Network of Rhode Island is the lead agency for this statewide campaign and works in partnership with Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Southern New England. Consumer calls are taken through a central triage and tracking center. Counselors all over the state provide counseling and/or legal advice to callers who need help. A Safe Lending Committee provides loan products to help prevent foreclosures.

The campaign reaches consumers through their website, occasional media advertising including television and radio ads, PSAs, brochures, community workshops, and classes for high school students are offered.
