How to Get Help: (800) 218-6499

Campaign Details: The North Carolina campaign was launched on January 29, 2001. It began as a regional effort in Raleigh/Durham and eastern North Carolina, but it was so successful the state Attorney General’s office provided funding to expand it statewide. Callers are referred to counseling agencies as appropriate for homebuyer education, credit counseling, legal assistance or other services. Financing is available for home rehabilitation, and the Carolina Gold loan product is a flexible, low down payment product for consumers.
