How to Get Help: 211

Campaign Details:
The Connecticut campaign was launched on October 14, 2005. Sen. Joseph Lieberman and Rep. Rosa DeLauro, as well as Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal are supporters of the campaign.

Outreach efforts include television public service announcements (PSAs), transit ads, billboards and posters. Information will also be distributed at community fairs and festivals. The campaign uses the 211/Info Line as the first source of referrals. The Info Line staff provides callers with contact information to the appropriate agency.
